1. PAYMENT- Payment in full is due at time of booking. Adding or changing things after you set your agreement will require payment of any add on charges.

2. RENTAL- This yard sign display is a rental. The rental duration is one day (approximately 24 hours). Set up will take place between 9am and 12pm on the day requested. Please make sure someone at the location knows we will be there for set up. Otherwise, please provide us with a name and phone number so we may contact them prior to setup. You understand that each of the items in the display are the property of Forget Me Not Yard Cards, LLC.

3.  SETUP- Things like slope and ground conditions may potentially change the original layout of your yard signs.  If there is a specific place on your lawn that you would like your signs to be placed or any location restrictions, please let us know before you place your rental. If you do not have a lawn area that is safe for the display, please let us know up front so we can bring special display options.

4.  YARD MAINTENANCE- Do not mow, weed whack, snow blow or plow near the yard card display while the signs are in the yard. The clippings will stain the signs. Please mow before we decorate the yard.  Also keep the sprinklers off during the display. If it has been dry weather, please water your lawn 12-24 hours beforehand, as it allows for easier installation of your yard card display.

5. INCLEMENT WEATHER- In the event of prohibitive weather such as wind above 20 mph, or temperatures below 0 degree Fahrenheit, when we are unable to wait it out or reschedule, a refund will be honored.

6.  SAFETY- The signs are mostly weatherproof, but not kid or pet proof! It is important to keep dogs and children off the signs for their own safety.  The signs are not made to withstand weight or pressure.  Please do not attach anything to the signs including strings, steamers, or balloons. Do not remove or relocate your display.

7.  ENTRY- Please provide us with the entry ‘code’ for gated driveways or communities.  ** we will not refund if unable to enter a gated area for setup**

8.  INFORMATION- By entering the customized name and age to a display you acknowledge that you are ok with that personal information being visible to the public.

 

9.  CANCELLATION- If you need to cancel your order we offer a refund of 50% OR you have the option to reschedule (subject to availability) for the full value paid.  There will be no refund for cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled delivery time.

10.  REFUND POLICY- It is important to accurately enter the information while placing your booking as there will be no refund for errors such as spelling of name, age, or delivery location **if this is a surprise and they refuse our delivery attempt** There will also be no refund given if there are animals that prevent the display from being set up (please keep dogs inside during delivery time).

11.  LIABILITY- If signs are lost or damaged there will be a $10 fee per piece for small parts and $65 fee per large parts/letters. If this is a surprise for someone, please inform them that the display is a rental and they should treat it responsibly, as you are still liable for any damages.  Forget Me Not Yard Cards, LLC, and any representatives are not responsible or liable for any injury or damage that may be caused to any person or personal property during the rental of any yard sign display.

12. ENJOY your signs! Take lots of photos and, if you wish, tag us at Forget Me Not Yard Cards on Facebook.  You agree that by tagging us in a picture we may use it or share it on our website or social media as an example of our work.
